Understand Content and Product fundamentals. Build multiple views including: statistical fundementals, statisical enhancemnts, space analysis and a variety of other data depictions through a proprietary multi-dimensional view of the content. This deliverable is the Analysis Report for your content and is the direct predecessor to a business plan.

 

 

30-60 days Enhancement

Enhance existing content through a layered and multi-dimensional approach. This results in direct, measurable, appraisel worthy value adjustments to the library. We then leverage the new content and metadata to build out a compliment of content business assets including digital rights management, digital asset management, Harmonyx Libarary Enhancement (HLE), enhanced search data, enhanced e-commerce data, and a long list of other proprietary data generation and modeling. This comprehensive and proprietary content platform and enhanced metadata if often bankable.

 

60 - 90 days Strategy and Plan

Transform content, data, analysis, and modeling into a multitude of strategies and plans. As a team, we vette these plans for relationship value, contemporary trends and fads, gestault and a deep statistical analysis focusing n profitabiloity and balance sheet growth. We then present and work with content owners and management through the selection, refinement and application of these plans. The owners of the content own these works at the end of this phase adding to their organizational asset value.

 

120 days - 3 yrs Build

Form, develop, launch, and transition new business line. This can be done as a consultancy for the business in which they intend to "own the division". Or it can be done as a joint venture in which Harmonyx will launch the business for a long-term co-ownership future. We are eager partners through the entire life-cycle of the venture and bring content, marketing, legal, technical, and business expertise.
